Peter Earl, MD, is thrilled to join the Kilmarnock team at Virginia Women’s Center, bringing decades of experience in obstetrics and gynecology to the Northern Neck. Having the opportunity to care for women close to home makes this new chapter especially meaningful for him.

Originally from Detroit, Dr. Earl spent much of his youth in Colorado, where he attended college and medical school. His passion for women’s health has taken him across the country, and he is excited to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to the Northern Neck community.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Earl has a range of unique hobbies. He is a skilled pen maker who enjoys crafting custom, handmade pens in his home workshop. He also helps his wife, Linda Lee, care for her extensive orchid collection—an ever-growing greenhouse of around 300 orchids. They cherish time with their daughter and the many animals they care for at home in Gloucester, including dogs, cats, and chickens.

A lifelong hockey fan (though he no longer plays), Dr. Earl also shares a passion for cars. If you’re out on a sunny day, you might just spot him cruising through town in his silver Corvette!

Dr. Earl looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and serving the Kilmarnock community.
