Ensuring Your Best Pregnancy Workshop
Each month, Fettle & Fit’s Dr. Casey Smith, PT, DPT, WCS, PCES, CSCS, will lead the Ensuring Your Best Pregnancy Workshop at the Short Pump location of Virginia Women’s Center. With a decade of experience, Casey is a board-certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist (WCS) and pregnancy + postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist (PCES). Her expertise spans personal training, Pilates, and clinical instruction. Plus, she’s a member of the Barral Institute and the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health.
