Chloe Kellam, WHNP-BC
Obstetrics & Gynecology“Throughout my life, I’ve naturally gravitated toward caring for others, and I’ve always known that serving people through healthcare was my calling.” ~Chloe Kellam, WHNP-BC.
Chloe began her journey in medicine as a certified nursing assistant while studying at Virginia Tech, where she discovered her passion for patient care. Her first nursing role on a Women’s Medical-Surgical unit sparked a deep love for women’s health—one that’s guided her career for more than a decade. Over the years, Chloe has gained diverse experience in Mother/Infant Care, NICU, Labor and Delivery, and Antepartum/Gynecologic Surgery.
Choosing to specialize as a women’s health nurse practitioner was a natural next step. “Empowering women through compassionate, comprehensive care has always been at the heart of my practice,” she shares. Chloe is especially passionate about educating young women about their health and supporting those living with PCOS, helping them navigate their unique challenges with empathy and personalized care.
For Chloe, the most rewarding part of her work is building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients—relationships that empower them through every stage of life, from adolescence to menopause and beyond. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where every woman feels truly seen, heard, and respected.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and pets, often exploring the outdoors in their camper along the East Coast. A creative at heart, she loves photography, crafting, and painting. Around Richmond, you’ll often find her hiking local trails, browsing unique shops, and discovering new restaurants, breweries, and wineries.
