Dr. Monica Powers, obstetrician-gynecologist and certified menopause practitioner, is passionate about helping women navigate every stage of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. With her warm and bubbly personality, she strives to make every patient feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

A proud Texas A&M graduate, Dr. Powers earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, where she was honored with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction. She then completed her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina.

As a board-certified OB/GYN and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Powers provides comprehensive care, including high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, and laparoscopic procedures. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) with a special passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them feel their best during this transition. Dr. Powers enjoys caring for women of all ages and backgrounds.

Outside of work, Dr. Powers enjoys weightlifting, water sports, and reading good books! Most of all, she cherishes time spent with her husband, son, and two daughters.
