Keith P. Berkle, MD, MBA is Chair of Privia Women’s Health and president of Virginia Women’s Center. He has been on the Virginia Women’s Center Board of Directors since 2015 and the Privia Women’s Health Board of Governors since 2019. Keith has also served on hospital committees and works as a peer reviewer for the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL). With 14 years of experience in private practice, Keith is passionate about making women’s health as accessible and innovative as possible.

Keith is a board-certified OB-GYN with experience in all aspects of gynecologic care and is an expert in minimally invasive surgery techniques as well as pelvic pain management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where he served as chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology and received an Excellence in Teaching Award for his work.

Outside of the office, Keith serves on the Richmond Academy of Medicine’s Access Now program and takes yearly mission trips to Guatemala to provide free gynecologic surgeries to underserved populations. He attributes his passion for women’s health to his four daughters, his wife, and his mother, who died from a gynecologic malignancy.
